About Us

The Philippine Association of Convention/Exhibition Organizers and Suppliers, Inc. (PACEOS) was established in 1981 as a non-stock, non-profit organization. The association currently boasts of 40 member organizations, all of which are leading professional event, exhibition and convention organizers and their partners in business - venue owners, booth contractors, freight forwarders, and hotels as well as institutions offering allied services, such as travel and tour agencies, airlines, printing, and other agencies.

Members enjoy a range of benefits, including regular membership meetings and events, educational newsletters, Seminars, discounts in venue rentals, invitations to various members’ events and the opportunity to network with other local and international organizations.

One of the Association’s mission is to play a significant role in developing the Philippines into leading exhibition and convention destination in Asia. It remains steadfast in its efforts to raise the level of professionalism and operational standards in the industry through different activities and programs.

In the last three years, the associations networked with relevant international organizations, including the Federation of Tourism Industries, and the Asian Federation of Exhibition and Convention Associations (AFECA) where PACEOS is founding member. It has also participated in the International Exhibition, Convention, and Meeting Industry Expo (IECM) 2004 in Singapore and the recently concluded ASEAN MICE 2007 in Thailand. These endeavors have helped to promote the Philippines’ trade fairs and events, opening up more avenues for businesses in the country, and helping create numerous job opportunities for Filipinos.

For 2007, PACEOS has already outlined a number of projects to further encourage the development of the industry, as well as put Philippines in the map of the international trade fair circuit.
